This application represents the result of the process of digital transformation of one of the key business processes of the Civil Service Agency of FBiH, namely the process of managing the applications of civil servants to the vacancies published by the agency. The practical E-registration application solution consists of two basic components. The first one is aimed directly at end users themselves, i.e. civil servants, who can use it in a simple way to carry out the entire application procedure for published vacancies, and stay up to date with the competition procedure through notifications about all relevant data and activities in relation to the vacancies in question, i.e. related applications. On the other hand, the agency-oriented component provides authorized users, i.e. agency employees, with an effective tool for managing the vacancy procedure, from the initial activities of the announcement of the vacancy through the management of the related applications, all the way to the necessary reporting and data analysis activities.
